Dani Weaver - Director of Client Care

Dani Weaver joined Kardia in January of 2008, serving as the Client Plan Manager. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the Phase IV - Implementation of the Master Stewardship Plans we design for our client families. This is an incredibly time consuming and meticulous job that requires persistence as well as a great deal of attention to detail. Dani’s gifts and abilities are ideally suited for this position.
Dani graduated in 2007 from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) where she earned a BS in Management and Business Administration with a minor in Intercultural Studies graduating summa cum laude with a 3.95 grade point average. She received both the university’s Outstanding Business Management Award and its Servant Leader Award in 2007. During her matriculation at IWU, she participated in an internship with Marketing Solutions. She was also the winner of the university’s business plan competition that allowed her through grants to start up and profitably operate Giannes, a retail gift store, for the entire school year.
Dani is passionate about missions and teenagers and has had the opportunity to travel overseas eight times with Teen Mania Ministries, the last five times as a Team Leader where she co-led teams of high school students to Costa Rica, South Africa, Italy, Panama and Scotland. She is also active in her church by serving as a small group leader in the youth group, a Sunday school teacher, Upward Basketball and Baseball coach and on the leadership team for the young adult ministry.
